Beijing, January 13 (Xinhua) — Renowned Tajik fashion designer Umed Kuchkaliyev showcased his collection at the 12th Harbin International Fashion Week, which has been underway since January 9 in Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, northeast China.
