Dmitry Chernyshenko added that developing volunteerism is one of the tasks outlined by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"As part of the national project 'Youth and Children,' the share of young people involved in volunteer and community activities should reach 45% by 2030. We are seeing positive trends. For example, on the Dobro.RF platform, which hosts the 'New Year in Every Home' campaign, more than 9.3 million volunteers are registered, which is almost 2 million more than in 2024," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
As part of the "New Year in Every Home" campaign, volunteers from the All-Russian Student Rescue Corps descended from the roofs of orphanages and hospitals dressed as Father Frosts, bringing a festive atmosphere to over 10,500 children. Volunteers from the All-Russian public movement "Volunteer-Medics" personally congratulated service members recovering in hospitals. Victory Volunteers traditionally visited veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

As part of the "Russian Children's Father Frost" campaign, children organized greetings for 460,000 representatives of socially significant professions, presented them with gifts, and wished them a Happy New Year. The "New Year's Trees in Military Towns" campaign brought together over 6,000 residents of closed cities for pre-New Year concerts. Nearly 33,000 children participated in the "Magic Mittens" campaign, preparing warm, handmade gifts for children from low-income families, boarding schools, and orphanages.
In addition, participants in the "First Christmas Trees" campaign held approximately 4,000 events and congratulated 55,000 children aged one to three. The "Christmas Tree in Every Home" format allowed for targeted celebrations to families in particular need of attention and support. Millions of windows across the country sparkled with festive decorations thanks to the "New Year's Windows" campaign, which brought together over 210,000 participants.
