BEIJING, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) — China has decided to strengthen controls on the export of dual-use goods to Japan starting Tuesday, the Ministry of Commerce said.
China prohibits the export of all dual-use goods to Japanese military users, for military purposes, and for any other end-user purposes that contribute to Japan's military strength, the department said. -0-
