HAVANA, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) — Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said Sunday that 32 Cubans died protecting Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro during the U.S.-led attack on Venezuela.
The Cuban leader also declared a national day of mourning, noting that the fallen compatriots honorably fulfilled their duty and embodied the spirit of solidarity shared by millions of Cubans. –0–
