Pyongyang, January 5 (Xinhua) — Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) observed a hypersonic missile launch exercise on Sunday, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Monday.
Hypersonic missiles launched from Pyongyang's Ryokpo district in a northeastern direction hit targets 1,000 kilometers off the country's east coast.
