PJSC LUKOIL announces the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 29, 2025, by absentee voting. The Company's shareholders have decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares of PJSC LUKOIL based on the results of the first nine months of 2025 in the amount of 397 rubles per share. The date on which persons entitled to receive dividends are determined is set as January 12, 2026. Dividends will be paid from the PJSC LUKOIL account in cash to nominee holders and trust managers who are professional participants in the securities market and registered in the Company's shareholder register no later than January 23, 2026, and to other persons registered in the PJSC LUKOIL shareholder register no later than February 13, 2026.
