Tbilisi, December 30 (Xinhua) — Georgia is among the world's leading countries, ranking fourth out of 101 countries, according to the World Bank's B-Ready Doing Business Index. This was announced on Tuesday by Georgia's Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Vakhtang Tsintsadze, who noted that this high rating confirms the attractiveness of the country's business and investment environment.

According to V. Tsintsadze, the purpose of the rating is to assess the effectiveness of the business environment, as well as the degree to which the business and regulatory system is focused on the development and support of business.

The B-Ready assessment methodology covers all stages of a company's life cycle, including business start-up, operation, expansion, and exit. The assessment is conducted across three areas: operational efficiency, regulatory framework, and public services.
