Moscow, December 29 (Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a law amending the country's judicial system.
According to a document published on the official legal information portal, rulings of foreign courts vested with criminal jurisdiction without Russia's participation, and international judicial bodies whose jurisdiction is not based on an international treaty with Russia or a UN Security Council resolution, are not subject to enforcement in the country.
The new law amends Article 6 of the Federal Constitutional Law “On the Judicial System of the Russian Federation.” –0–
