KUNMING, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) — China is ready to provide humanitarian aid to Cambodia to resettle internally displaced persons in border areas, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Sunday in Yuxi City, southwest China's Yunnan Province.

Wang Yi, who is also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, made the statement during a meeting with Cambodia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Prak Sokhon.

Following the signing of a joint ceasefire statement, the foreign ministers of Cambodia and Thailand led delegations to meet in Yunnan Province on December 28-29 at the invitation of Wang Yi. -0-
