The premises are located at the following addresses: Marshal Eremenko Street, Building 1, Buildings 1 and 2, and Building 3, Building 3. All facilities are connected to the main utility lines.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until January 19 and 26. The auctions will take place on January 27 and February 3 at the site RoseltorgRegistration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate. The real estate seller is a Moscow-based Department of City Property.
"New buildings are designed to meet modern requirements not only for the apartments but also for the common areas. Businesses are well aware of these trends: in 2025 alone, investors acquired seven similar properties in Nekrasovka from the city, with a total area of over 690 square meters. Among them are premises on Zashchitnikov Moskvy Avenue and 2nd Volskaya Street," she said.
