Modern solutions for facades
Specifically, major renovations to the façade of building 35 on Pyatnitskoye Highway have been completed. The work was carried out using "wet façade" technology, which restores the building's performance characteristics and gives it a modern appearance.
After cleaning and washing the surface, the workers installed brackets around the perimeter of the façade, installed mineral wool insulation, primed it to improve adhesion, and applied a reinforcing adhesive. A reinforcing mesh was embedded in the first layer of plaster, then the façade was plastered and painted according to the approved color scheme.
During the renovation, the entrance areas were also updated, windows in common areas were replaced, new metal cassettes were installed on the balconies to replace the old screens, and the building's plinth and base were repaired.

Particular attention was paid to the restoration of the brick façade. Work began with washing the surfaces of dirt, then the workers repaired the damaged masonry, filled weathered joints with a special compound, and treated wet areas with preservatives. After this preparation, the walls were hydrophobized—a technology that creates an invisible protective film that is resistant to temperature fluctuations and precipitation.
In addition, the entrance areas and basement were renovated, the slopes were restored, and modern double-glazed windows were installed in common areas.
Preservation of architectural heritage
Among the renovated buildings is 7 Marshal Biryuzov Street, which forms a defining feature of the district's historical landscape. A major renovation of the façade and basement was completed, based on a custom design that took into account the building's architectural features. The building was built in 1955 in the Soviet neoclassical style.
During the first stage of the renovation, specialists cleaned the walls, restored the plaster, and treated wet areas with antiseptic solutions. A significant amount of work was devoted to preserving the architectural decor. Afterward, the façade was painted, preserving the historical color scheme.
During the final stage, the balconies and entrance areas were renovated, the basement was tidied up, modern double-glazed windows were installed in common areas, and the drainpipes and ebb tides were replaced.
