Letters and video messages to military personnel became part of the "Happy New Year to the New Year!" campaign, which began in Moscow in December.
In addition, Muscovites can donate New Year's gift sets, personal hygiene products, warm socks, mittens, gloves, thermal underwear, and insoles to soldiers at more than 30 Gift Factory pavilions of the Moscow Helps project at the project's sites.
