BEIJING, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) — The China National Data Standardization Technical Committee 609 (SAC/TC609) and the International Data Space Association (IDSA) recently signed a memorandum of cooperation in Beijing.
The document was signed under the guidance of the State Data Administration of the People's Republic of China, and both parties held constructive consultations on the detailed terms of future cooperation.
Lars Nagel, CEO of the Germany-based IDSA, expressed hope that the two sides will work together to create a standard data space ecosystem, provide global solutions and unlock the value of data.
SAC/TC609 representative Fan Kefeng hopes that the two sides will deepen exchanges in areas such as data transfer, standards application and data space implementation to jointly create greater value from data.
In the next stage, both sides will conduct joint research on data space standards and other related issues, actively promoting international cooperation in the field of data standards. -0-
