A meeting between representatives of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 and students studying under a targeted training agreement was held at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
The upcoming New Year holidays prompted Ksenia Pereskokova and Valeria Povreznyuk, specialists from the External Personnel Reserve Project Development Group at JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, to visit the university.
Ksenia and Valeria congratulated the students on the upcoming New Year, presented gifts, and chatted with their target students in an informal setting.
Targeted training Allows students to study on a budget, complete internships at a relevant company, and be confident in the direction and prospects of their professional development after graduation.
"For the company, targeted training is an opportunity to meet students, see them in action, and develop specialists tailored to their tasks and projects. This format helps build a team of motivated young professionals who already understand the specifics of the work and the corporate culture," noted Ksenia Pereskokova.
To date, 20 SPbGASU students have signed targeted training agreements with JSC CONCERN TITAN-2. Students participate in the company's internships and corporate activities, gaining insight into their future professions while still studying.
"These meetings support lively communication between students, the university, and employers," emphasized Ekaterina Abolina, director of our university's Center for Student Entrepreneurship and Careers.
