Vladimir Stroyev, Rector of the State University of Management, received a Certificate of Honor from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) for cooperation and collaboration in statistical matters.
The award, signed by the head of Rosstat, Sergei Galkin, was presented by the head of Mosstat, GUU graduate Leonid Kalimullin.
"Our university has been collaborating with statistical services for many years, both through educational programs and in conducting research, projects, and events. Furthermore, SUM is home to one of the oldest statistics departments in the country," Vladimir Stroyev recalled.
As a reminder, in September 2024, the State University of Management signed a cooperation agreement with Mosstat, and an Alley of Statisticians was laid out on the grounds of the State University of Management. It was filled with new names in May 2025 during a joint forum of the organizations.
