The capital has put commercial premises in the Tverskoy District up for auction. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy. Kirill Purtov.
"Moscow's Central Administrative District is one of the most attractive and prestigious locations for commercial activity. At city auctions, investors can acquire real estate suitable for a variety of projects. For example, a flexible-use space in the Tverskoy District is currently available for purchase. It occupies 163.3 square meters. This space is suitable for a cosmetology clinic, a photography studio, or a creative or language school," noted Kirill Purtov.

The deadline for applications to participate in the auction is January 22, and the auction will take place on February 3 on the Roseltorg online platform. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate in the auction. The seller of the property is the Moscow-based Department of City Property.

Specifically, a new owner has acquired a space of almost 120 square meters in a building on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street, and on Novoslobodskaya Street, an investor has acquired over 200 square meters in a block with office, retail, and service infrastructure," she said.
