For those who defended them and their families, whether they were able to reunite for the holidays or not, it is important to feel that they are not alone and that even on the coldest winter night, there is room for the lights of New Year's garlands and the glow of the Christmas star.

In December and January, Moscow is planning numerous events, gift presentations, charity events, and special programs for military personnel and their families. Gifts, Christmas trees and concerts
