The absolute favorite was the name Norman, composed of the first syllables of the baby's parents' names, Nori and Matros. It became a symbol of the continuation of the family story. Weeper capuchins are remarkable, highly intelligent primates that use tools and wash their food before eating. The Active Citizen project and the Active Citizen for Children platform are being developed by the State Public Institution New Management Technologies and the capital Department of Information Technology.
