Specialists Moscow City Services Complex We completed major renovations of 62 apartment buildings on previously landscaped streets in the east of the capital. The buildings were updated not only externally but also structurally.

House 27 on Shchelkovskoe Highway

One of the buildings is located at 27 Shchelkovskoye Shosse. It was renovated this year using wet façade technology. The work was completed in several stages.

First, the surfaces were cleaned, the joints between panels were sealed, primed, and brackets were installed for the subsequent installation of air conditioners and baskets. Then, the workers sealed the façade with mineral wool insulation, primed it again for better adhesion, and impregnated it with a reinforcing compound, in which the mesh was embedded. Finally, decorative plaster and two coats of paint were applied. After this, the baskets for the air conditioners were hung. The specialists also repaired the entrance areas and balcony slabs, installed new windows in the entryways, repaired the slopes, and replaced the drip caps.

House 4 on Novosibirskaya Street

Work has also been completed at building 4 on Novosibirskaya Street. This year, the façade, roof, and basement were renovated, and the utility systems were replaced. The walls were repaired using a polymer-cement mixture on reinforcing mesh.

First, specialists washed the exterior surfaces and removed loose tiles. The joints between panels were cleaned and refilled with modern material. Then, they successively applied adhesives with a reinforcing mesh, decorative layers, and a special vapor-permeable paint. In addition, the entrance areas were repaired and the drip caps were replaced.

House 6 on Staroslobodsky Lane

Major renovations have been completed at building 6 on Staroslobodsky Lane. Specialists renovated the façade and roof, and replaced the drainage and hot water mains. Particular attention was paid to the façade: it needed to be restored to its original appearance and its technical characteristics improved.

Specialists thoroughly washed the exterior walls, repaired the brickwork, and treated wet spots with a modern antifungal compound. The façade was then treated with a water-repellent coating to protect it from precipitation. The entrance areas and balconies were also renovated, and new downspouts were installed. The building now has a new, aesthetically pleasing baseboard.
