BEIJING, December 11 (Xinhua) — A magnitude 5.0 earthquake jolted Shuanghu County, Nagchu City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region at 7:59 p.m. Beijing time on Thursday, the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) reported.
According to CENC, the epicenter of the tremors was located at 32.95 degrees north latitude and 88.65 degrees east longitude. The hypocenter was located at a depth of 10 kilometers.
