The Moscow government has made a decision oncomprehensive development Three inefficiently used sites in the former Lenino industrial zone, totaling 36.99 hectares, are located in the Biryulevo Vostochnoye district between the tracks of the Second Moscow Central Diameter and Lipetskaya and 6th Radial Streets. The resolution on this matter was signed by Sergei Sobyanin.
The project plans to construct modern residential complexes with a total area of 381,150 square meters, including for the renovation program. Additionally, it will include 850-child kindergartens, an indoor skating rink, and other public, business, and social facilities with a total area of 167,230 square meters.
The project will create approximately 5,200 jobs. Improvements to the former industrial zone are also planned.
As of December 9, 2025, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 158 integrated development projects covering a total area of over 1,500 hectares. These projects are expected to build over 31 million square meters of real estate and create approximately 350,000 jobs.
