The Moscow government has made decisions on comprehensive development Inefficiently used non-residential areas totaling 10.6 hectares in various districts of the capital. These areas are currently occupied by abandoned warehouses and other outdated buildings.
The redeveloped sites are planned to accommodate over 175,000 square meters of residential real estate for the renovation program, as well as a 7,000-square-meter clinic. Resolutions on these matters were signed by Sergei Sobyanin.
One of the redeveloped areas, covering 5.67 hectares, is located in the Yuzhnoportovy District at 9 Dubrovsky Proezd. It is located between Simonovsky Val, 1st Dubrovskaya, and Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Streets. The site has the potential to accommodate 116,000 square meters of real estate, including the clinic building.
Other plots, totaling 4.04 hectares, are located in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district near the intersection with General Glagoleva Street at 2 Parshina Street (area no. 2). The plots have a development potential of 42,750 square meters.
Additionally, redevelopment is planned for plots totaling 0.88 hectares in the Lomonosovsky District. These plots are located between Vernadsky and Leninsky Prospekts at the following addresses: Marii Ulyanovoy Street, plot No. 4/2, and Stroiteley Street, plot No. 7a. These plots could accommodate 23,800 square meters of real estate.
As of December 9, 2025, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 158 integrated development projects covering a total area of over 1,500 hectares, with plans to build over 31 million square meters of real estate. These projects will create approximately 350,000 jobs.
