The maximum payment for certain goods, works, and services that winners and runners-up of the Abilympics national professional skills championship can purchase with an electronic certificate will be doubled. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree to this effect.

Thus, the certificate awarded for winning the competition will increase from 100,000 to 200,000 rubles. For second-place Abilympics participants, the amount will increase from 75,000 to 150,000 rubles, and for third-place winners, from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles. These funds can be used, among other things, for additional education for children, continuing vocational training, and the purchase of specialized technical rehabilitation equipment.

The changes will affect winners and runners-up in the "schoolchildren," "students," and "specialists" categories who participated in professional skills championships since the beginning of 2025.
