Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin chaired a meeting of the supervisory board of the public company "Single Customer in Construction." Participants summarized preliminary results for 2025 and discussed planned targets for the following period.
"In less than a year, the company has confirmed its status as one of the key development institutions in the construction industry, responsible for the construction, reconstruction, and restoration of socially significant facilities across the country. Since 2021, more than 100 federal social facilities have been built, and over 3,000 facilities in the reunified regions have been restored and constructed. This is a positive result of the systematic work and effective management model demonstrated by the 'Single Customer'. But much work remains, and we must continue to move forward. I am confident that the company will continue to successfully address the large-scale infrastructure challenges facing it," said Marat Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that since the beginning of 2025, 29 federal-level projects have been built in the country under the supervision of the "Single Customer." These include iconic cultural and educational centers that are becoming magnets for citizens and drivers of regional development.
Among the year's key achievements were the completion of the restoration of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory, the opening of a new building for the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, and the opening of a new building for the Russian Ethnographic Museum in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Also in 2025, the new Logos Technical College opened at the St. Paphnutius Borovsky Monastery in the Kaluga Region. The storage and workshop buildings on the grounds of the Leo Tolstoy Yasnaya Polyana Museum Estate in the Tula Region were restored. A new research and storage center was built for the Kunstkamera in St. Petersburg, and a dormitory and research and production building for the Marine Technical University were commissioned. A Center for Innovative Educational Technologies was opened at the Artek International Children's Center in Crimea. A treatment and diagnostic building for the State Scientific Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology was commissioned in Moscow. Major renovations are ongoing at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences complex and the Lomonosov Moscow State University buildings.
"The company continues to focus on restoring residential and social infrastructure in the reunited regions of Russia. Since the beginning of 2025, specialists from the Unified Customer have already restored approximately 1,000 facilities in the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. These include residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, and healthcare facilities—everything people need for a comfortable life," noted Karen Oganesyan, CEO of the Unified Customer Production and Consulting Company.
During the meeting, members of the supervisory board also reviewed the implementation of previously issued instructions and approved the company's main areas of activity for the coming period.
Following the meeting, Marat Khusnullin noted the high performance of the Unified Customer team and thanked the company's staff and supervisory board members for their work.
