BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) — China will continue to assist the United States in searching for the remains of American service members missing in action on Chinese soil since the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1931-1945), the Chinese Ministry of Defense said.
The Chinese and US militaries held a video conference on archival cooperation, during which they exchanged views on cooperation and agreed on a preliminary cooperation plan for 2026, the statement said.
The Chinese side will continue to assist the United States in the search for the remains of missing US service members in the spirit of humanitarianism, the ministry added. -0-
