The city will attract private capital for the construction of a 65,700-square-meter complex for scientific research activities within the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone (SEZ). The winning bidder will acquire 100 percent of the authorized capital of Tekhnogorod-1, a limited liability company owned by Technopolis Moscow SEZ JSC. The building will be constructed on Kolomnikova Street.
"The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone is the Moscow Government's flagship project. Its sites are home to the city's most high-tech manufacturing facilities. This is largely made possible by significant tax incentives: SEZ residents are exempt from property, land, and transport taxes for 10 years, pay only two percent in profit tax instead of 25 percent, and are exempt from customs duties and VAT on imported equipment," noted the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
