Prague, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) — Czech President Petr Pavel on Tuesday appointed Andrej Babiš, leader of the ANO (Action of Dissatisfied Citizens) movement, as the country's new prime minister.
A. Babiš's party won the parliamentary elections in October and signed a coalition agreement with the political movements Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) and Motorists for Themselves.
