On December 3, 2025, by decree of the President of Russia, PJSC LUKOIL and LUKOIL Group organizations were awarded high state awards. PJSC LUKOIL's team was awarded the Order "For Valiant Labor" for the development of the country's fuel and energy complex and their labor achievements. The company was one of the first to receive the award, established in 2024. The following LUKOIL Group enterprises in the oil production, refining, transportation, and energy sectors were awarded the Order of Honor: Nizhnevolzhskneft LLC, LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez LLC, LUKOIL-Trans LLC, and the Sredneuralskaya GRES of PAO EL5-Energo (part of the LUKOIL Group). The Yareganeft production enterprise of LUKOIL-Perm LLC was awarded the Honorary Badge of the Russian Federation "For Success in Labor."
