On November 28, 2025, LUKOIL opened its tenth filling station on the M-11 Moscow-St. Petersburg highway, completing the formation of the country's largest transport corridor on a single highway. The new flagship filling station, "Apraksin Bor-1," covers 1,200 square meters and offers an expanded range of services to customers. A distinctive feature of the station is its increased throughput: it can serve approximately 4,000 customers per day. This figure is achieved by separating passenger and truck traffic during refueling. The station is equipped with eight fuel dispensers and two high-speed pressurized diesel fuel dispensers for heavy-duty vehicles. The multifunctional road service area includes a children's playground, a sports field, a mother-and-child room, a recreation area, a dog walking area, a restaurant and summer cafe, a convenience store, a pharmacy, massage chairs, showers, and other services.

The concept is based on a comprehensive approach to providing service and a complete customer experience. Design solutions include a modern interior and exterior design, extensive use of digital technologies, and a restaurant-quality menu for LukCafe customers. As part of the "Accessible Environment" program, step-free access to the gas station and expanded aisles for people with disabilities have been installed.
