BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) — China demands that Japan immediately cease slanderous remarks and discreditable actions and strictly enforce discipline during frontline operations, People's Liberation Army Navy (PLA) spokesman Wang Xuemeng said Sunday, commenting on the recent approaches by Japan Air Self-Defense Force aircraft to the waters and airspace east of the Miyako Strait, where carrier-based fighter jets from the Chinese carrier battle group led by the aircraft carrier Liaoning were conducting routine training flights.
