LIMA, December 5 (Xinhua) — At least 10 people were killed and three others seriously injured in a fire that broke out Thursday afternoon at a restaurant and karaoke bar in the city of Huancana in the Puno region of southern Peru, state news agency Andina reported on Friday.
According to the report, the incident could have been caused by an explosion of a stationary container or cylinder containing flammable gas during a birthday celebration by a group of students. –0–
