A modern public space will be created in the north of the capital. The new urban area will become a popular destination for sports and intellectual recreation enthusiasts. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
The project is being implemented as part of the construction of a residential complex at the address: Ilmensky Proezd, Buildings 8 and 12.
"The total area of the public space will be approximately one hectare. The project places a strong emphasis on physical activity zones, which occupy 880 square meters. Multifunctional training areas will be located here, including a workout zone and a multi-purpose sports field where basketball, badminton, and volleyball can be played," noted Vladimir Efimov.
As part of the second phase of construction for the residential complex, landscaping of a 1.3-hectare area is planned. It will feature gazebos, a children's play area, and sports grounds, all of which will be accessible to all residents.

Gazebos and shelters with swings will be installed nearby.
According to the project, the second phase of construction will include three buildings with 1,746 apartments, heated underground parking for 384 cars, and storage spaces ranging from two to 9.8 square meters.
