Kyiv, December 3 (Xinhua) — A Ukrainian delegation may again travel to the United States to discuss a draft plan for settling the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on Telegram on Wednesday.
According to him, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Gnatov will begin preparations for the upcoming negotiations after meeting in Brussels with national security advisers to European leaders.
V. Zelenskyy assured that Ukraine will continue to work constructively for real peace.
On November 20, the United States officially handed the Ukrainian president a draft plan to end the armed conflict with Russia, designed to bolster diplomatic efforts.
