The premises are located at 6, 50 Let Oktyabrya Street. The property is on the second floor of a five-story building.
"Based on the nine months to the beginning of the year, the Western Administrative District ranked second in the number of business properties sold by the city. Investors purchased 82 premises and one building here. The total area of these properties amounted to almost 16,900 square meters—only the city center sold more during this period. Specifically, in the Novo-Peredelkino district, adjacent to Solntsevo, five non-residential premises were purchased on the first floor of Building 2, Block 2, Chobotovsky Proyezd. Their area ranged from 130 to almost 340 square meters. Each premises has a separate entrance, which is convenient for creating multifunctional commercial space," she reported.
