Kyiv, December 2 (Xinhua) — On Monday, the Netherlands officially began protecting a key logistics hub in Poland through which NATO military aid flows to Ukraine. This was reported on Tuesday by the Ukrinform news agency, citing the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems, counter-drone systems, and 300 military personnel are deployed to protect the facility. The mission will last until June 1, 2026.
Ukrinform clarified that before the Netherlands, Germany provided protection for the logistics hub in Poland. –0–
