In the Butyrsky District, a developer has built the final building of the Ostankino Business Park and is completing the improvement of the public space with coworking areas. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
"The large Ostankino Business Park, with a total area of over 135,000 square meters, consists of six office buildings. The latest was completed this year, taking two years to construct. The 12-story building, with an area of over 22,600 square meters, will create 2,000 jobs. The ground floor houses the lobby: a spacious vestibule with double-height ceilings and meeting rooms, as well as spaces with separate street entrances for cafes and restaurants. Approximately 130 office spaces are located between the second and 12th floors. The building also has six elevators," noted Vladimir Efimov.
The construction of the Ostankino Business Park was carried out as part of the city's program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities (EAP), which has been implemented in the capital since 2020.

For example, thanks to the MPT program, the Ostankino Business Park was built in the northeast of the capital, two buildings of which have already been fully transferred to large residents: one is used by an IT company, the other by a flexible office space operator. The full launch of all business park facilities will provide the city with over 12,000 jobs," said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
The business park is located near the Ostankino TV Tower, the Butyrskaya station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line, and the Ostankino platform on the third Moscow Central Diameter. The buildings, constructed using energy-efficient technologies, have received the highest rating for their compliance with environmental standards.

Natural materials are used in the design: decking and stone, including river pebbles. Pedestrian paths are paved with flagstones. Bicycle parking areas and parking spaces for 411 cars are also located near the business park buildings.
The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor) oversaw the construction of the facility at all stages. The head of the agency Anton Slobodchikov He noted that the final building, commissioned in September of this year, like all the others, is equipped with low-noise ventilation and high-efficiency air purification, as well as a two-pipe heating and air conditioning system with natural ventilation. During construction, committee inspectors conducted six inspections, including a final inspection. As a result, a conclusion was issued regarding the building's compliance with the approved design documentation, and Mosgosstroynadzor subsequently commissioned the facility.
