Dear friends!

Welcome to the XIII International Philanthropist Award Ceremony.

For a quarter of a century, this unique charitable project has united talented individuals from various regions of Russia, as well as countries near and far, who have achieved outstanding results in the fields of culture and art.

Your achievements are the result not only of skill and hard work, but also of incredible willpower, perseverance, determination, and self-confidence. You are a worthy example for many of us and rightfully deserve respect and sincere admiration.

Unleashing the creative and intellectual potential of each person is one of the key objectives set by the President and a priority for the Government. Infrastructure adapted for people with disabilities is being expanded, and a barrier-free environment is being created. Inclusive initiatives and programs are being implemented, and innovative technologies are being introduced, enabling people to receive high-quality, modern education, including vocational training, and build careers.

The Philanthropist Prize is an important part of this extensive work. It highlights the value of the contestants' creativity, discovers new talents, and provides impetus for the development of the cultural space.

I sincerely congratulate the laureates and diploma holders on their well-deserved awards and recognition.

I wish you all continued success, health, happiness and all the best.

M. Mishustin
