The design for a new residential complex, which will be built under the renovation program in the Zyuzino district, has been approved. It will be located at Kerchenskaya Street, plot No. 28. This was announced by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee for Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza). Ivan Shcherbakov.
"According to the project, a 206-apartment residential complex will be built in the Zyuzino district in the southwest of the capital under the renovation program. The new building will replace the demolished five-story buildings on Kerchenskaya Street. It will consist of two buildings of varying heights, connected by a stylobate with a walkway arch," explained Ivan Shcherbakov.
The first building will have one residential section, and the second will have two. The ground floors of both buildings will house non-residential commercial spaces totaling 708 square meters. Once completed, these spaces will house shops, pickup points, and other urban amenities.
The ground floors will feature entrance areas with double vestibules, lobbies, stroller storage areas, and concierge and security offices. All public spaces in the complex are designed with barrier-free accessibility in mind. This will ensure ease of movement for residents with limited mobility and parents with strollers. Some housing will be adapted for people with disabilities.
All apartments will be delivered fully finished and ready for occupancy. The surrounding area will be landscaped, and trees and shrubs will be planted.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It affects approximately one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 buildings. Earlier, the Moscow Mayor ordered an increase in the pace of implementation of the renovation program intwice.
