GUANGZHOU, December 2 (Xinhua) — The 2025 Imperial Springs International Forum opened Tuesday in Guangzhou, capital of southern China's Guangdong Province. Yang Zhen, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, emphasizing the implementation of the four global initiatives.
According to him, Chinese President Xi Jinping has successively put forward the Initiative on Global Development, the Initiative on Global Security, the Initiative on Global Civilization and the Initiative on Global Governance, providing China's wisdom and solutions to respond to the changing world and solve the problems facing humanity.
Yang Zhen emphasized that China is not only the initiator of the four global initiatives, but also their active implementer.
