Hong Kong, November 28 (Xinhua) — The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) has established a task force to launch a comprehensive investigation into alleged corruption related to a major renovation project at the fire-damaged Hongfuyuan residential complex in Dabu, Taipou, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) announced on Friday.
