Moscow Export Center (MEC) organized the participation of 14 Moscow-based high-tech companies in the international exhibition Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025. The event took place in India from November 18 to 20.

The Made in Moscow collective stand allowed companies from the high-tech manufacturing and IT sectors to present their products at one of Asia's largest exhibitions in Bangalore, India.

"In the first half of 2025 alone, high-tech exports from Moscow to India increased by 77.4 percent compared to the same period last year. The participation of Moscow companies in the Bengaluru Tech Summit, supported by the Moscow Export Center, is a logical continuation of the trend toward strengthening partnerships in this industry. Such events not only open up new business opportunities but also facilitate the mutually beneficial exchange of experience and knowledge. The signed agreements between Moscow companies and their Indian partners demonstrate the practical importance of participating in exhibitions and open up new opportunities for Moscow companies to sustain growth and implement innovation," noted Vitaly Stepanov, General Director of the Moscow Export Center.

The opening ceremony of the Made in Moscow stand at the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025 was attended by Valery Khodjaev, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Chennai, and Andrey Zaytsev, Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India.

The stand showcased developments in unmanned aerial systems, from UAVs and control software to drone monitoring and countermeasure systems. International partners were also shown a wide range of innovative products. These included solutions in multi-object video analytics using artificial intelligence, developments in 3D printing using MEX and MIM casting technologies, enabling rapid market launch of metal and polymer parts, and innovations in bioengineering, such as high-tech limb prosthetics.

With the support of the Moscow Economic Center, Moscow entrepreneurs held over 40 online meetings with potential Indian partners before the exhibition. The business program also included in-person B2B negotiations at the event venue. In total, approximately 280 business meetings were held, enabling new business contacts to be established and existing ties to be strengthened between Moscow manufacturers and Indian businesses.

At the exhibition, Moscow companies also signed cooperation agreements with partners in the country. For example, O Sport, founded with the support of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, signed a partnership agreement with the Indian company Trebound, while Argus-M, a manufacturer of diesel generators, autonomous video surveillance stations, and mobile lighting systems for mining and construction companies, signed an agreement with Nityam Resources Pvt Limited of India. This company implements the latest technologies in oil exploration and production.

"This is our second time participating in an event organized by the MEC, and we can confidently say that it's an effective way to quickly assess the potential of foreign markets. The MEC's support helps reduce the cost of exhibiting and provides real opportunities for establishing new business connections. At the Bengaluru Tech Summit, we held talks with four technology companies represented at the Made in Moscow stand and received numerous contacts from potential partners from India. Without participating in the city's support program, achieving such a result in such a short timeframe would have been difficult," noted Alexey Karpinsky, Deputy CEO of iCore, an IT company that presented its solutions at the recent exhibition.

The Moscow Export Center was established by the Moscow Government in 2017 to provide financial and non-financial support to the city's entrepreneurs to promote Moscow-based goods and services in foreign markets. Its work is overseen by the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative DevelopmentOne of the key objectives of the Moscow Export Center is to increase the number of Moscow exporters and their revenue. Today, it provides comprehensive assistance to Moscow businesses at all stages—from preparation and training for foreign economic activity to promoting enterprises abroad, sales support, and financial incentives after concluding export contracts. The Center's current toolkit includes over 30 support measures.
