As part of the project Winter in Moscow A series of morning exercises will be held at the VDNKh skating rink. Experienced instructors will demonstrate a series of beneficial exercises. This will help start the day with positive energy and boost your mood. The first session will take place on December 2.
Anyone can join the training program. A ticket to the rink is required. Ice training will run until February 26, excluding January holidays (December 31–January 9), on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
The skating rink at VDNKh is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For more information, visitofficial website.
