The premises, ranging in size from 53.6 to 133.6 square meters, will accommodate businesses that are potentially in demand among local residents, such as bakeries, stores, pickup points, and service centers. Investors looking to start or scale their business can submit bids until December 5. The open auctions and the announcement of results will take place on December 12," said Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at 36 Krasnobogatyrskaya Street. They are on the ground floor and connected to the main utilities.
Individuals and legal entities can participate in the auctions. To do so, they will need to register on the online platform. Roseltorg and enhanced qualified electronic signature.
