RN-Yuganskneftegaz, Rosneft's largest oil production asset, is systematically improving its production and social infrastructure for shift workers. The "Smart Village" project aims to comprehensively develop shift workers' facilities, introducing innovative digital services and creating safe and comfortable conditions.

The camp infrastructure has been brought into line with a unified corporate standard. The project included a large-scale modernization of the housing stock. Eleven rotational camps are located at the fields, comprising 48 dormitories and infrastructure facilities. More than 2,500 Company and contractor employees are housed in these camps daily.

The Smart Village project creates conditions for employee professional development and training. Remote learning technologies using virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) are being implemented at remote production sites, enabling continuous learning in the workplace.

Improving the accessibility and quality of healthcare for employees is one of the Company's key priorities. Considerable attention is paid to protecting the health of workers at remote sites: telemedicine technologies have been implemented to this end, connecting local medical centers with leading regional and federal medical centers.

To improve the overall health and physical fitness of personnel, the villages are equipped with media gyms equipped with specialized exercise equipment and interactive TV panels.

In accordance with a unified concept for managing the quality of comprehensive service, canteens, buffets, cafeterias, and stores have been renovated, and vending machines have been installed. Sixty-three canteens are available to provide hot meals to employees, capable of serving over 5,500 people per day. The canteens are also equipped with smart checkout terminals with automated food recognition and contactless payment options, which eliminate the need for a cashier and speed up service. Furthermore, five modular canteens were installed at remote production facilities this year, with another five planned for commissioning in 2026.

To enhance worker comfort, digital IP television has been installed in the rotational camps, along with wireless internet access for personal mobile devices to access entertainment video and audio content, as well as e-books. Information kiosks have been installed, along with libraries, movie theaters, game rooms, and billiard rooms, to provide leisure and recreational opportunities.

Adhering to the principles of high social responsibility, Rosneft traditionally places great emphasis on creating a favorable social environment at its enterprises and in the regions where it operates. The company provides employees with additional social protection and supports their professional growth.
