Specialists restored the façade and replaced several utility systems. Exposed surfaces were cleared and the brickwork was repaired. Wet spots were treated with an antifungal compound. Specialists also meticulously restored all the numerous decorative elements on the façade: cornices, keystones, beams, and panels. All the ornamentation was restored. In keeping with the color scheme, the façade was painted a historical shade of "soft orange," while the decorative elements were painted "signal white."

Specialists renovated the entrances, slopes, and ebbs, as well as the gutters, and repaired the base and blind area. The roof covering and sheathing were replaced, and the wooden structures were treated with a fire-retardant compound. The attics were fitted with mineral wool slabs to regulate temperature and humidity. The central heating and cold water supply risers were also replaced.

House on Veskovsky Lane

Building 4 on Veskovsky Lane has also completed a major renovation. This four-story apartment building was custom-designed in the eclectic style in 1901. The building features a complex shape, unusual brick facades, and decorative elements. Its ends are joined by neighboring buildings. The ground floor is separated from the upper portion by a drawn, profiled cornice. A crowning cornice runs around the building's perimeter. The roof also features pinenacles.

In 2025, the façade, roof, and entrances were renovated, and new electrical wiring was installed. The exposed surfaces of the painted brick façade were cleaned and washed. Specialists treated wet areas with antifungal compounds and repaired the brickwork. All decorative elements on the building were meticulously restored. The brick surfaces were repainted in keeping with the original color scheme, a historical shade of "peach cream," and the cornices and pilasters were repainted in "signal white."

The building's balconies were repaired, the drip caps were replaced, the slopes, entrances, and basements were repaired, and the gutters were updated. The walls and ceilings in the entryways were painted and plastered. The pitched roof was resurfaced and the sheathing was replaced. Mineral wool slabs were used to maintain the required temperature and humidity conditions, and all wooden structures were treated with a fire-retardant compound.
