BEIJING, November 25 (Xinhua) — The 22nd China-Russia-Mongolia International Ice and Snow Festival will run from the second ten days of December this year to the first ten days of January next year in Manzhouli, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Chinese daily Neimenggu Ribao reported.
