BEIJING, November 24 (Xinhua) — The conditions for holding a meeting between the leaders of China, Japan and the Republic of Korea are not yet ready, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said Monday while answering a question from reporters at a daily press conference.
