Beijing, November 24 (Xinhua) — The first China-Russia Art Exhibition 2025 in Xiangfang District concluded recently in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province, Partners magazine reported.
This exhibition featured over 700 works from 40 Chinese art higher education institutions, as well as over 70 selected oil paintings by 9 artists from the Khabarovsk regional branch of the All-Russian creative public organization “Union of Artists of Russia”.
At the exhibition, Chinese and Russian oil paintings complemented and complemented each other. Particularly impressive were works with a distinct local character, such as fish skin and birch bark paintings, as well as ice paintings.
The exhibition clearly demonstrated the rich results of integration and innovation in art education between China and Russia, helping to ensure that the artistic creativity of China and Russia constantly shines with new life through the process of mutual enrichment and mutual learning.
The exhibition was jointly organized by the People's Government of Xiangfang District, Harbin City, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Xiangfang District, Harbin City. -0-
