Dushanbe, November 23 /Xinhua/ — Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, called on Japan to quickly rethink history and correct its mistakes, rather than stubbornly cling to the wrong path.
Wang Yi made the remarks in a media interview after concluding his visit to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, where he held strategic dialogues with the foreign ministers of these countries from November 19 to 22.
“If Japan persists in its delusions and continues to make the same mistakes, all countries and peoples who advocate justice have the right to reconsider Japan’s historical crimes and the responsibility to resolutely prevent the resurgence of Japanese militarism,” Wang Yi said. –0–
