Gaza, November 23 (Xinhua) — Israel launched a series of airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, killing at least 22 people and injuring dozens, the Gaza Civil Defense reported on Saturday.
A Hamas source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity that the movement expressed "anger" to regional mediators over continued Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, despite Hamas and other Palestinian groups adhering to the ceasefire agreement.
The source added that Hamas called on the mediators to "intervene immediately to prevent the agreement, which Israel seeks, from collapsing," stressing that the movement and other factions remain committed to the ceasefire despite the escalation.
